Shipping Policy

  • Any regular order is expected to ship out within 3-5 business days.
  • Under no circumstances will shipping charges be refunded. If clients need customization or to fix any item, the shop will not provide shipping or re-shipping charges.
  • Expedited shipping will be extra depending on the item and the urgency.

Delivery Charges

  • We offer FREE DELIVERY on order above ₹999/-

  • If under ₹999, our standard Shipping is ₹99.

  • Additional Cash-handling charge of ₹35 is applicable for all COD orders within India.

  • Return Shipping is to be arranged by the customer.

  • Parcel must be dispatched within 48 hours of the customer receiving it.

  • Shipping charges are borne by the customer for returns.

  • Once we receive the product and inspect it to ensure it hasn't been used or tampered with, store credit will be offered for the amount paid for the product(not the shipping charges paid), only if return is applicable as per NaariBhav's Return Policy.
