Shipping Policy

At Naaribhav, we make sure you have a smooth and trouble-free shopping experience right from ordering to when it's delivered at your door. Everything you might want to know about shipping is as follows

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
We process and ship all orders in 1–2 working days. Shipping from when we ship will be around 7–8 working days based on where you're shipping to. Please also keep in mind that in the event of national holidays or unforeseen delays, do not panic, your delivery will be slightly delayed but we will always notify you.

Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping India on all prepaid orders no additional charge, no minimum order amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD facility is also available for India for a flat rate of ₹80 per order.

Pan-India Delivery
Wherever you are, whether it is a small town of rural India or a city of our country, we are present there to serve you. We ship to every bylane and corner of India with our trusted logistics partners so that your jewelry arrives safely in your hands at the right moment.

Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will try three times to deliver your parcel. For convenience sake, we would suggest that you maintain communication with the delivery officer regularly and inform him/her of when you are available.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp channel so you can track your parcel step by step.

Order Change
If you want to modify something on your order, you may email us within 6 hours of order receipt. Since some orders are sent the same day, coordination is to be made in a timely manner.

International Shipments
Yes, we ship internationally. If you want to place an order out of India, write to us separately. Shipping fees will be determined between destination and package weight.
