Return Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to our policies and terms & conditions.

All sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets all the quality standards of the business. We are committed to meeting your needs and providing a satisfactory experience.

Order Inspection
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Shipping Damage
If your item or package is damaged during shipping and delivery, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will review the matter and assist you accordingly. Please note that we are not responsible for damages that occur during the shipping process due to careless handling, but we will provide instructions on how to address such issues.

Wrong Address
If you provided us an incorrect address and failed to inform us then we are not liable for the delivery to the wrong address.

Product Description
Each item on our website is depicted with clear images and detailed descriptions. If you require additional pictures or videos, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist. Please note that it is not matching with the picture or slightly differs;  is not a valid reason for a refund or exchange.

Appearance and Expectations
If you believe an item looks different from its online profile due to lighting or editing, a refund will not be granted. We strive to present accurate product information. Complaints about an item being heavier than expected, longer than expected, or not matching your "face type" do not qualify for a refund.

Missed Deliveries
If you do not accept a delivery and the courier company returns the package to us, we will not automatically reship it. You will need to contact us to arrange a redelivery.

Lost Packages
If the shipping company loses your package, we will work with them to help resolve the issue. However, we do not take responsibility for lost packages that have been marked as delivered. Unfortunately, in many cases, we may not be able to replace or refund the item, especially if it is a unique piece.

Refund Method
Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued as point credits; no bank transfers or cash refunds will be provided.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements Procedure 

  • It is totally on the discretion of NaariBhav to Refund or Replace or Return for the Damaged or wrong product. 

  • If refunded, the refund will be in the form of store credits equivalent to the price of that particular item paid by you at the time of purchase (after discount etc.), shipping charges will not be refunded.
