Yes, we do offer international shipping. For placing the international order please contact us directly. Shipping charges will vary as per the destination and the weight of the order. 

To process any claim related to damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be continuous, without any cuts or edits and damage should be clearly visible. Any concern must be reported  within 24hrs of receiving the product. Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credits. 

Please keep your jewellery away from the contact of water, perfumes, or any strong chemical. Keep it in an airtight box, clean it with dry and soft cloth after every use. It helps them keep shining and lasting longer. 

Our jewellery is gentle and crafted with premium metal and is safe for most skin types. While not officially certified as hypoallergenic. We ensure high quality materials that are well tolerated by the majority of the customers. However, if you have any known metal allergy we recommend avoiding use to prevent discomfort. 

To keep your jewellery looking new for longer, it's important to follow the care instructions. Most of our jewellery is anti- tarnish, there are less chances of getting faded or tarnish. 

Yes we do offer the cash on delivery service with  an additional shipping cost of Rs. 50

Yes, modifications are possible, but you must contact us via mail or Whatsapp within 6 hours of placing your order. Please note that we may process and ship your order on the same day, so timely communication is essential.
